Running works in two areas: the physical and the mental. Both of these work better when we lean on the work and experience of others. Whether it be shoes, books, or online resources, I have learned the ones that work for me and those that help or are friendly to Clydesdales like myself.
I have had to look for a lot of resources for riders and runners on my own. This is an attempt to catalog all those that I have used or know of in just one place. Some are directed at Clydesdales, some are not, but were useful when I needed them.
The resources you find listed in these pages are ones that I have used or researched on my own. I do not work for any of these companies, nor do I take anything from them. Any recommendation or criticism made is from my own experience.
